Keep that thing indoors. Don't set it up in the outside weather to be destroyed in 3 months.

How many pulleys does that one come with? I'll give you warning, that system and getting them lined up and threaded in correct order will test your patience. Read 1 line at a time and do exactly as directions say. Don't try to skim 2-3 lines and get ahead of what you think makes sense.
It took me a couple hours and 2 breaks before I finally got it.

the pull-ups will come. when i started doing wide grip pull-ups, i could only do 2 or 3. now im doing 10.
same with dips, i started off at 5 and now i can do 20. bodyweight exercises are really easy to increase max reps with for some reason.

Southwestern egg beaters. Damn those were good. Ate a bowl full last night and scraping for more.
Found some more flavored tuna premixed in cans. Last night I cleaned out a Thai chili one, today the Basil was good enough to get another.

well i think i overloaded my CNS. had an absolute shit workout today. couldnt get the last rep of my first set on bench press and had to sit there with the weight on my chest until someone heard my cries for help.

CNS or PNS? Some days you put a plate on and move it like nothing for warm up, then you can't push up your normal bench.

CNS. central nervous system. not only can you overtrain your muscles, you can overtrain your CNS. with my weight training 5 days a week and then my high intensity cardio 5 days a week, i just overloaded it.

Did a test.
How many pushups of the variety I know.
20 regular pushups
10 wide pushups
Pullsup. Only can do 1 full range of motion, and 4 if i half motion.
Crunches I can do 60 in 1 minute.
Think I did pretty good.
Went from 5 pushups, 0 pullups and 20 crunches to that.
Did a test.

Try doing a sit-up with completely straight back, up and down.
Will have to put feet under something mind.
And push-ups I do shoulder width, arms tucked in, and chest hits floor. Feel the burn much sooner.
