Try throwing in a day of negatives only. Whole different kind of fcked 2 days out.
You need a spotter (or 2 to make it really effective).

i wasnt feeling it today. went into the gym 4 hours early today, extremely hot women. my workout sucked. everything sucked.
might be a mental thing, because these two completely jacked guys kept working out right next to me, making me feel worthless. one guy was doing flat dumbbell press with 100s. made me sad.

Shades.....train forearms on....well, any day. But train 'em as a group like any others. They are the equivalent to your calves. Pretty key in keeping arm pump to a minimum.
I usually tried doing the vast majority of my back and trap workouts without straps and then only using them when I wasn't able to hang on.
Some people use 'em all day 'err day. Even seen guys using them for bench press.

Kill 'em at the end of a workout. Youtube some exercises. There are good ones.
Even doing static bar holds till hands give out. Load 225 up on the bars and hold it until failure. Wait a minute, repeat.

I'm dedicating this whole day to lowbar squat. I need this. anything above 185 lbs on high bar just fcking hurts. God knows how I was doing 185 for sets of 10.
