one on each character, but my second titan isn't seeing much use these days, so I'm just keeping all the good sh*t on my #1
second titan is really just there to run nightfalls and run raids (not PoE)
used the etheric light to bring the Black Hammer to 365.....gun is unreal
so far, the non exotic weapons I've brought to 365 are:
VoC: god mode weapon
Corrective Measure: it makes VoG an absolute joke
Fang of Ir Yut: anything with a blue shield has zero chance
Black Hammer: makes boss encounters incredibly easier, with solar burn, it's Ballerhorn like

What I'd add to Squirrel's list, is the "easiest" way to get yourself from 30-32, and then 34
Strikes and the Crucible
Strikes and Crucible matches reward vanguard marks and crucible marks, respectively, these can be turned in at the appropriate vendor for armor (and weapons), as long as you're level 3 on both. You're capped at earning only a certain amount per week, but between the two of them, you'll be able to purchase 3 pieces of new armor that have the new level of 32. The 4th piece of armor you'll be wearing should be exotic, which can be increased to the highest light level possible through the use of an exotic shard (purchased from Xur, or received by breaking down a piece of exotic armor or weapon).
Once that is done, you'll be at level 32.5. From here, you have a few choices:
1. Do the level 32 Prison of Elders, which will give you an "armor core", which will allow you to purchase a level 34 piece of armor from Variks. It rotates weekly, so be careful to consider what piece you want/need and look at the stats. Up until this point, all the armor has had stats that were strength only, obviously this changes how your guardian reacts in certain situations.
2. Hope for an etheric light drop in the Nightfall, that allows you to make any piece of armor (or weapon) have the max allowed stats. Etheric light also drops from the level 34 and 35 Prison of Elders, but it's hard to get through those until you're actually 34. If you use the purchased armor from #1, you'll probably want to use the etheric light to upgrade armor that more suitably rounds out your disipline/intellect/strength as you see fit.
Once I got an etheric light from PoE, I upgraded armor I got from the Vault of Glass, so my main character has very even numbers (slight edge to strength). Of course, as I continue to run PoE, this will change too. In a sense, they've made it a bit easier to reach max light level, but they've given more of a focus on having armor stats that suit you as an individual player.

Someone reply to this topic, so I can understand anything. I can't play because of getting disconnected every 10 minutes.. and so much has changed since early DLC #1 dropping.
I know how much you all love this game, so do not feel obligated. If it feels like a chore, pass on doin this for me (And maybe anyone else who finds it online). But there has been so much change and I cannot keep up with all the weapons and lights and ascending and leveling and whatever else this game offer's now. I thought when HoW dropped i would be able to pop in and pick up and go. Natas has pretty much got it down now, but I am only managing to play in 10 minute sessions every 4 days, so when I get on the game (PRAYING I DO NOT GET DISCONNECTED).. I only have time to pick up a bounty and barely finish it before im disconnected. I dont have time to look over my inventory and do the proper things to it.
How's about a go to guide I and maybe other internet dwellers can refer to when we start scratching our head over stuff?

The whole thing could be fixed by doing this.
Create-O-Class
Primary Weapon
-Attachment #1 [0/1]
-Attachment #2 [0/1]
Secondary Weapon
-Attachment #1 [0/1]
-Attachment #2 [0/1]
Equipment
-Slot 1 [0/1]
-Slot 2 [0/2]
^ You get 3-4 points to spend between those, possibly for Wildcards+Extra starting perks (if you include the later I'd say 4, if not 3).
Perk System = Pick 3, no tiers, all perks together in a pool, you get up to three on default; possibly include what was mentioned above.
Some shit should cost more, like launchers (save for any dedicated anti-air/killstreak launcher).
Simple solution to the whole Stealth problem.
#1. Split it up to more perks. Make it so you need to have like 4-5 perks to be totally "Stealth".
#2. Two counter UAV perks, one blocks normal UAV, the other blocks Advanced UAV.
#3. UAV (and possibly some other killstreaks) should be able to "stack" in the inventory.
^
Assassin = No visual indicators like red crosshairs or name, invis to visual enhancements like thermal sights.
Blind Eye - Invis to killstreaks (not UAV/Advanced UAV)
Ghost = Invis to UAV
Ninja = Invis to Advanced UAV
Three, maybe four or five normal UAV's stacked upgrade to a single Advanced UAV which has a faster ping rate and shows direction. Make them about MW3 hard to shoot down, respectively. Possibly allow for a Sat Intel killstreak (much higher up, obviously, not available for support) that reveals all players (regardless of perks) in real time, with direction.

COD4BOARDS.COM MARKETING
COD4Boards.com has had over 29 stories on n4g.com (popular gaming social bookmarking sites), as well as other high-end/high-traffic websites (such as digg.com, xbox360fanboy.com, psu.com) with our content being copy/pasted across the internet. 78% of our traffic is based of search engines, 10% from referring websites, and 10% is direct. Most users are from English speaking countries (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Germany).
We also run a one of a kind beneficial point of posting/becoming a member on our forums. It's called "Win Prizes, Just for Posting!" where every time one of our members makes it to our giveaway mark we ship them a PC, PS3, or Xbox type gift (mouse, mouse pad, keyboard, headset, etc..) this has greatly influenced the activity of our members. Currently a user must make 550 posts, and we ship them a prize that only costs around $10-$15. So far we have only shipped around 1 or 2 prizes per month. It gives users a reason to stick around and increases visitor loyalty.
We do not use any other types of advertising, our members benefit from our content and spread the information via word of mouth. We do not pay for advertising elsewhere.
Search Engine Optimization
We only used "white hat" techniques such as social bookmarking, articles, and content optimization. We also purchased vBSEO to take care of the little SEO things in vBulletin such as URLs and duplicate content. As a result the majority of our traffic is from search engines such as Google, Yahoo, and LIVE.com.
Expenses
$35 - JaguarPC VPS -- This VPS should be enough, and is what the website currently runs on. The website currently uses around 300GB per month, this can jump slightly when patches/maps are released. But we also have a very good deal on a dedicated server if you wish to have more capacity and bandwidth. This can be transferable if the buyer wishes to have growing room ($150 per month -- Dual Core/Proc P4, 2GB RAM, 2 x 160GB HDD, cPanel/WHM, 2500GB Premium Mzima Bandwidth)Prizes: $15-$30 a monthStaffWe currently have 5 volunteer moderators, who moderate the forums, coordinate contests/event, and occasionally create content in the form of guides, etc. They will stay after the sale of the site. I will also stay for 30 days for NO EXTRA CHARGE to help with the transition. (For longer if buyer would like, and if compensated.)

I am gonna focus on GTA Online now, since that's what I'll be playing once it drops for PC.
I'm playing story mode on 360 just to get back into GTAV.
#1. When you create your online character. Remember; 7 hours sleeping, 2 hours family&friends, 3 hours sports/working out, 6 hours legal work, 6 hours illegal work. This will give you the best starting stats all-around, giving you more in the skills that are difficult to max, and less in the ones that are EZ to max.
#2. Pick the best car you can when you create your character to be your first insured car. This is free, and you can't snag a Zentoro or something, but you can find like a nice vehicle that drives well.
#3. Stat maxing. Stealth = rubber bands and AFK (inside your apartment is best, and if you pre-order GTA5 on PC, you get 800k for online to buy a 10 car apartment with), Lung Capacity = get scuba gear and hang out underwater or dive/swim until maxed, Stamina = run/bike/swim, Strength = play golf (hole 6), Flying = fly under bridges/take off and land (stay grounded for 3-4 seconds), Driving = take a bike and ride between two lane of traffic on the highway, Shooting = play survival and get headshots.
#4. Get the 200k 10 car apartment. It has all the bells and whistles the more expensive ones have and saves you a ton of cash.
#5. If you want to throw down on a race car, the Zentoro is the one to get.
#6. Rock the free DLC weapons and don't worry about buying guns or ammo early on. The only guns really worth "investing" in are the AP Pistol, Combat MG, whatever AR you like, Assault Shotgun, Marksman Rifle/Heavy Sniper, and the Grenade Launcher. When it comes to attachments, just avoid the flashlights they give you away in TDM. Suppressors and extended magazines rule the universe.
#7. Higher level = higher HP (20 for 20). So I plan on getting on all the xp exploits. You can get a max of an additional 100 HP @ lvl 100. So I'm really only concerned about hitting 120 for all the unlocks and the 100 extra HP.
This is all assuming that the PC version doesn't make particular changes to stats and what not.
