Why not get one of these for cables. They have wide and narrow grip....

Forgot about that bar. Haven't seen one in stores, the gym had 1 laying around. Really fancy lat bar, but you can strap it to the ground cable and do seated rows.

Pretty good bar....the narrower ones are great for doing a hammer-like bicep curl as well.
A lot of variations cen come with that bar....I'd definately check it out.

Been meaning to do the same. Winter has been my worst yet in terms of activity.
Dont' even treat myself to a good jerk like I used to. Too tired, or have a headache.
Now, I actually understand woman a bit more. lol

#29836Haven't done shoulders in awhile and today they got the burn of a lifetime. lol
Oh and I see progress. ^_^
I can do 2 pullups. (not great but a start)
Can do 4 chin ups (not great)
My quads are starting to show. (if thats good lol)
triceps are eh.
BTW, I can't stand to drink the protein shake hot or warm. Cold water doesn't last long. Any ideas? Can you add ice and other shit to it?

Put the water you'd use for your shake in the fridge the morning before, or night before, you need it
I've added cold milk to mine, but I prefer it water only

Get bland, plain oatmeal and put a scoop in there. Easier to eat than chugging down 20oz of grit. Or change flavors. I drink mine like a treat, taste like ice cream

I used to blend up a banana, add a little peanut butter, and a few strawberries in mine. Got a few carbs in it but in the morning I think it's ok.
This was with cookies and cream Muscle Milk. Tasted excellent.

No, this was like a meal replacement. Pretty big drink, but perfect if you don't have time to cook.

So if the water is cold from the fridge, how is it getting warm?
How long does it take you to drink your shake?

1 pack of oatmeal and 1 scoop of protein. No blender. Just mix with spoon and eat it.
The shakes need 16oz of water, you're probably tryin to drink sludge. I mix and drink within 3 minutes. No carrying around a cup, just stir it and chug.
its nasty but that comes with the hobby. Like eating grilled everything and no desserts and nothing fried and vegetables over breads.

Find a better flavor if that isn't cold enough, or add ice after its fully mixed

Just because it says 8oz, doesn't mean you have to have it in 8'ounces. I'll often put one scoop in 20 ounces or water.
