^^ When the gym I went to was expanding into another 2 suites, we had to draw floor plans and see where to put stuff to make the most sense and safe walking zones. Fricken engineers degree needed to arrange 20 peices of floor equipment keeping spot safe areas and away from mirrors and without piling all chest/legs/back into 1 corner so 10 people aren't standing there.
The trees are a given but the frames took us longer to figure out than to move around.

pretty fricken nifty. Is that 10 ft?
Gonna set up a horizontal bar, 2 side by side horizontal for deeper lat pulls and a dual vertical rope pull. Pull ups are so under utilized for the back. Big upper back is where the show of size comes from.

Hang ya arm low right after a forearm or bicep workout. They'll be sploding out the skin.

Morning vs Lunch vs Evening routines. Which you prefer?
I don't have the strength in mornings like the evening. But if I hit gym before work, end up hungry all day which feels like the metabolism is working for the better. Harder to get motivated with cold stiff muscles but once you do it, you're done for the day. Tried lunch a few times but having to rush set, shower, and eat in an hour was too much.
Otis. PM me that stack you were on. Can't be assed to search 100 pages agian lol
If you think you held gains pretty good and didn't drop it all in 60 days.

depends
the only time I don't mind a morning routine, is on the weekends....Most Saturdays, I wake up about 9-9:30, have a protein shake, banana, and some coffee, end up getting to the gym around 11:30. Have plenty of energy, get the workout done and can go about my day.
During the week, there's no f**king way I can work out before work, I'm just not that kind of morning person, thus, I do it after work.

Evenings. Always go around 8pm. Get home from work, eat dinner, head to the gym. Get home, eat more dinner than bed.
At the weekends i'll go around 4pm if going.
In the spring/summer/autumn i'll have a jog for 30 mins, 3 mornings a week. F*ck doing that in the winter though

Morning just has no fuel. Best time to run, worse time (for me) to lift. Have to carb splurge with oatmeal or grits just to work out with my minimal weight.
8pm was great time, gym cleared out. ate by 9:30. Then stayed up til 1am lol. Can't do that anymore, at 22-25 yrs old was easy running on 5 hours sleep. Up to about 7 now, any less is groggy and mind feels like it functions at hangover level until 10am.
