#61866Being a medium in cloth size now is weird. Always been a large or XL. Got hella lean though, I got a two pack showing somewhat. Just from doing army body weight stuff. Plus being able to run and do other shit with 130-150lbs of gear on. Lol calves are hard like rocks now.

ohhh drop sets.
i did a drop set on bench press for the first time today. i made the mistake of doing it for my last set.
5 reps with 205, had my spotter take off weight, then 5 reps with 185, then 10 reps with 165, and 10 reps with 135.

Feel like a pansy having people look at your struggling to bench 1 plate because they didn't see the other 20 reps. Works great if you can take the weights off really quick.

But protein is whey too convenient. I can't bring that much food to work and leave in vehicle all day, so 2 shaker bottles with 40 grams of protein in each covers the 10am and 3pm meals.
Only real supplement you need to consider is the daily multi vitamin for the extra crap we put our bodies through. Later on maybe some joint or fish oil or liver lol
Cheap, long, hard, productive road is gonna be lots of water, steady protein and greens, adequate rest, and lifting consistency. There are other ways, but you don't want to jump on that road just getting in your 20s.
But protein is whey too convenient. I can't bring that much food to work and leave in vehicle all day, so 2 shaker bottles with 40 grams of protein in each covers the 10am and 3pm meals.

I'm looking into a hybrid plan of weights and body weight. Kinda hard to find.
Might just do push ups then bench right after. And so on with the other muscles.

I was going to just throw an extra section on Hobbies/Leisure and just label it "Workout". Maybe dump the art section.
But I could also create a brand new section of its own between Hobbies and Hardware and call it Workout. And I dont think it needs to be subdivided into more sections like
supplements
routines
body charting progress
gym chat
As that is probably too much separating.
