being 21 your natural test production is already super high and a test booster wont do a damn thing for you as it wont boost your test above your natural levels.
if you want to get your test above your natural levels you will need a steroid, but you are too young for that.

End up? Haven't been able to wash entire back since 20 yrs old. Shoulders do not bend backwards and up.
Its a mix of slapping over left side, reaching up towards lats, then throwing rag on ground and laying on top of it rubbing up and down.

Yall had the Presidents Fitness test in grade school?
Pull - ups ... needed 8, usually did 12
Sit - ups ... needed 25, usually did 50+
Sit down and stretch pass your toes... needed 1 inch pass your own toes, usually got -5 inches (near ankles)

its easy for me to put on muscle but i usually put on some fat with it, then when i lose the fat i end up losing half the muscle i gained.
its f*cking bullshit. but then i remember that it takes years of weight training to build a muscular lean physique.

I thought it was just me! Always look bloated in the stomach area. Hammer the sit up etc, can feel them but they are under a layer of bloat.
