I just figured if I could run 7m mile, then I could jump rope 5 minutes. Completely humbled, mighta made it 2:30 before just letting shoulders unfire.

I just started a new legs routine I created that is predominantly squats and I have myself going 70/20/10 on muscle fiber hit/exhaust. I will know in 3 - 4 weeks if I need to change it up but I think I will stay on it for 8 anyway and then switch. Of course I will tweak it from start to finish.

if you're worried about calves, make sure you throw in some jump squats with dumb bells, they helped me get bigger legs (then again, my legs grow just by thinking about them, as opposed to my triceps)

My calves are like a camels hoof it really is my hamstrings I have issues with. But I will keep that in mind. I usually go really heavy to make them grow and then high rep burn out with heavy weight to end with.

in that case, make sure you're doing some heavy dead lifts too...those with squats are everything hamstrings need

Was walking outside headed for the garage and thought "wow it is really breezy down there", checked and I guess I had worn some holes in my workout sweats. Really glad I caught that especially on leg day. Think it was from running as they are pretty baggy.

i changed it up today for legs.
i usually do squats, deadlifts, quad extensions, ham curls, and calves.
today i did leg press, jefferson squats, barbell lunges, quad extensions, ham curls, calves.
gonna try incorporating deadlifts into my back routine, even though i use more legs than back when i deadlift.
also, jefferson squats aint no joke. i dont think im quite flexible enough to get full ROM yet but my ass hurts now.

Mother of Stupid. Hardest leg day in a long time. Had myself talked out of it , then just took pre workout and couldn't not go.
Its been 30 degrees and raining all day. Closed our interstate again lol. Knew that shed was gonna be miserable and it was leg day. I was skipping. Grabbed a floor heater and watched my own breath the entire time. It warmed up to almost comfortable after squats, then got cold again lol.

I worked out today.
Did 20 lifting bar thingy's. 20 butterfly arm thingy's. 20 pulling the bar down thingy's. and 20 pulling the bar down in a different direction thingy's.
Not sure what each was called. But felt bored and decided I might as well move the machine. (That exercise machine that I tried to sell months back is still sitting there).
Didnt bother moving the weight. Dont even know what it was at.
The more I read this post back - The more it seems like a female posted. Nothing against female's.
