Shit no, tried to take a pic last night but couldn't stop hands from shaking to focus. Haven't had arm days since Otis mentioned the 5x5 routine and don't remember having a bi/tri day for a month before that.

I use to find one arm rows 30lb hard to do once. And stopped for a month on weights and did bodyweight, now it's tooooo light. :/ How that possible?

All in form too. Wrong form can have you lifting too heavy of weight and danger yourself as well as wrong form can have you doing too light of weight and gaining nothing.
Biggest dumbell I have now is 65lbs and its not enough for 1arm rows. 10-12 reps every time, even if thats the last set after cable rows and V-pulls ups.

Are BCAA's and L-glutamine really necessary for muscle growth?
I'm reading up online and they all seem to say it is, but then they recommend place to buy it from so I guess they're just trying to sell me stuff.

Branch Chain Amino Acids. if you ask me, you might as well save your money and just buy more food.
Glutamine is the major AA of the amino acids and it basically increases protein synthesis among other things. in my opinion you are better off just buying food.
ive made great gains in size and strength without all this crap.

I've just been reading some more and from what I gather from the "supplement guides" it recommends about 4g of leucine (sp.) a day as a supp, and I am achieving about 2/3g alone using Whey ANYWAY. So definitely not gonna bother with this til I'm hitting serious plateaus when going to the gym a lot.
But seriously considering getting some creatine and starting next week. Hard trying to find a good dosage. Some recommend 20g/day for first week then 5g/day for 7 weeks then one off then start again. Does this sound reasonable to you guys?
And might get some Dextrose for post-workout shake. It's really cheap £12 for 5kg and I understand the science behind it.
