went off my diet on Thanksgiving...neighbor brought over weed, a box of coffee, and "munchkins" from Dunkin Donuts (little donut holes, for those of you unfamiliar with Dunks)
first dessert item in about a year
tasted great
two hours later, horrible intestinal cramps that took about 6 hours to go away

so i did this leg workout yesterday, my legs are sore as shit.
get a barbell and load it up with about 90 pounds or so, then get yourself a large area. large enough to do 5 or 6 lunges in and then be able to turn around.
basically you do 5 squats, 2 lunges, 5 squats, 2 lunges, 5 squats, 2 lunges and then rest. do 4 sets of those and you are gonna be hurting.

The walking lunges across the aerobics room after the women left. Big bad man thought packing 40lbs would be cake. Went put them bitches up for 30s and still had to drop them mid way then pick them up on return.

BTW: Triple stack steak. Listen to the voice guy, its only triple the meat thats in a taco. Was hungrier after eating the damn thing. Snack at best.
The types who only do chest and arms, we would ask them every week to come do lunges. It was ALWAYS doing legs tomorrow.

my junior in high school, I was a solid 230 and could run the mile in 6m 30s... now im a pudgy 230 and hate walking the .1 of a mile to take the trash down. meyah **** it.

Got the run app on phone, it sounds off every mile. 8:40 second mile. STFU I know! can't trot those speeds anymore. But that's on a 3 mile pace. Gonna give a 1 mile shot and see how fast.

Eat most of my protein and fats and little carbs throughout the day and at night I eat carbs and little protein.
Sounds dumb, But I are numb when it comes to nutrition and it seems to work for me. Or maybe my body playing games with me, I don't know.

Shadow, you should be eating them in the morning/afternoon, they need time to be digested and stored as fuel for your workouts. If you do it like that, you will see a huge difference
post workout, you should be having minimal carbs, maybe a piece of fruit
