Son, why you let 2 stringy muscles out lift 4 explosive muscles? Unless it was front squats you better put more weight on the quads than you do the hams.

Cause I don't have a squat rack and the heaviest I can lift over my head is a 100lb.
I can do more in squats but Can't lift it pass my head.
Front to back lunge
Squat
Full to 1/2 sumo squat
split squat
Stiff leg deadlift
Alt. Side Squat
Calf Raise
Pretty burnt after the lunges. lol

if I were you, I'd do the squat/deadlift before the lunges...they're much more important

I also don't do deadlifts on leg day, but that's just personal preference
I like to keep squats and deadlifts separate so I can really go heavy on both

My third leg grows pretty easy. I'm not complaining about them, just complaining about working them. Probably gonna run on the beach as a warmup.

Always get the burn quick by starting off with deallifts & wide grip palms down pullups.
Then some form of row. 1 arm, seated v-grip.
Throw in some hyperextention so the lower back doesn't cool off.
Lat pull downs and another set of rows.
Standing straight arm pulls followed by the laying overhead lift.
Will switch it out for some laying pull ups.

So I'll say this. I don't have a machine yet that has the pulldown thingy. So Doing lat pull downs are almost impossible.
I do hyperextention on bodyweight day.
As for the deadlifts first and pullips. I will have to do those first next time. And get the burn.
Anyway, I just spent 3 hours editing and picking out workouts for this month and the next. Should be fun to see what happens.

100reps of 100lbs for calves are death. I Can't move legs very fast. lol
Anyway, I love squats. If I had a squat rack I would do a set after every training session.

And thanks for the tips, will try to eat some good stuff next time I go. I bought some instant oats so will try to have some of them about 30-60mins before workout
And love leg day, fav of all the days. Did 3x8 of squats on 80kg (175lbs) yesterday and don't feel too bad. Shame I know tomorrow, climbing my stairs will feel like tackling Everest

I did 60 reps at 135 and 60 at 225 on calves.
