1 cycle here and there every couple years to pack a few lbs of muscle won't mess with his cardio.

im not on a bulking cycle. i dont want to be that big. the compound i am using is really for cutting, it sheds fat and is not much of a mass builder, but strength goes up as well as muscle hardness.
i did a bulk cycle a few years ago, 30 days of 3-AD stacked with 11-oxo. i put on 15 pounds in 30 days and my strength skyrocketed. went from a 205 bench max to 250 max. i would have kept it too but for some reason i quit going to the gym about 4 months later.
edit: you have to be really careful with the compounds that you use. you have to do your research. some compounds will REALLY **** you up and are notorious for heavy side effects.
for example: trenbolone compounds will shut down your sex drive HARD and are notorious for causing gynocomastia (bitch tits). superdrol compounds will shut you down hard too, cause bad bloating, gynocomastia, hair loss, etc.
you have to do post cycle therapy to get your natural testosterone production back up and to block some of the negative effects. i stay away from those nasty ones.

there's a former college wrestler who is a trainer at my gym. 2 months ago he was huge and lifting heavy ass weight. i saw him today and i couldnt believe it was the same guy. he's probably lost 15-20 pounds of muscle.

Those push ups, still undecided if its making me feel like a weakling or its gonna work.
Belted out the 1st set of 22 today and was in full rhythm with no burn yet, 2nd set was 30-felt those at about 25 and struggled, then did the rest with no pause 20, another 20, then finished with 30 before arms were shot.
3 day break, might go for max again sunday just to see.
