Haven't posted here much, but it's been 30 days since I've gone cold turkey on soda, cookies, any fat like food.
Only items I've been consuming with light/moderate work outs have been steak, chicken, water, ice tea, and less carbs.
I've lost about 2 inches from my waist since doing it. Since at my job not only do I do a lot of administrative work, I have to help haul in drywall, plywood, etc. Have to be in shape to lift that shit.

Just went to grab lunch at the cafeteria inside the Harvard School of Public Health, easily the most pretentious institution in the high priced fuckery known as Harvard
for my $8, I got:
4 oz of chicken breast
2 giant scoops of mashed potatoes covered in gravy, easily 3/4 cup of mashed potatoes
a giant scoop of corn, covered in gravy
the place is dedicated to public f**king health, and this is what they serve
ate the chicken, threw out the rest

Discovered an awesome veggie side dish....steamed carrots and pears.
Steam the carrots until 'almost' done. Add in pears for a few more minutes. Lightly salt and smash up a bit (not puree, but coarsely smash up).
Dunno if I created it, but, Awesome!

The less sht you have to put on them for flavor, the better. Carrots, out of season/from a grocery store taste like,....nothing.
