F**k
Such a great feeling to go all out, be completely exhausted, and come home and eat some good food
Worked a few combos incorporating elbows today, real quick sneaky shit

Decided to ditch the wrist straps on deadlift and go hands. Forearms on fire. Did extra 2 sets with reverse grip (1 in 1 out) then flipped sides. Been skipping them far too long, gotta blow em back up to bicep size.
Swim season is here, no more half assing routines.

Virgin burn through traps and the inner muscle that separates them. And forearms are actually sore, couldn't tell the last time that happened. Strange muscle set to even feel soreness in.
Changed routine. Usually went 3 sets of Deadlifts chased by wide grip pull ups.
Did 5 sets Deadlift superset with slow release bar shrugs. Then wide grip rows with straight arm lat pulls. Couldn't do 3 pull ups when it came time, struggled to reach chin to bar. Good sets.
Sounds like time for a complete overhaul on routine.

Better than 28, not as good as 26. Keep at cardio, it'll melt away.

Depends on body type. Some are lower, some are higher. Mines probably 16-17ish. Put on some squishy over cold months. Time to get it off.

#40329I just checked my brother. He has 9% body fat. LOL Dayum!
Well. So I recently bought this Heart rate monitor to see what my max BPM would be in a workout. And the little monster shows how much calories I burned during my workout too.
I burnt 1265 in a 1 1/2 hours.

No sense in busting my ass getting in shape for the Appalachian Trail attempt since my friend went ahead and murdered someone.

usually, I shoot for intensity over weights for shoulders, but I get you, progressive overload is equally important.
Try some speed work? I know Layne norton recommends the 6x3 method, with 15 seconds of rest between each set, while using 75% of your normal working weight.

Some seated Military Press. Maybe Hang clean and press, full range reps. Never really pushed shoulders because 1 always felt like a knife was in it.

I just got to buy the parts to hook it p. It should be up by May 1st.
I don't know about you, but I absolutely loathe running. I find it boring as hell. I'd much rather skip rope, and get my cardio by doing something like shadow boxing or bag/mitt work.
just say no to running
lol
