hit the treadmill son. when i was in college, i had 6 pack abs and a different girl in my room every week. college is definitely the time you want to look buff for the ladies.
i was also on a diet of wolf brand turkey chili and bread slices. pretty stupid and the dumps were rather unpleasant, but it got the job done.

So you feel like stuff is progressing, adding weights, veins ripping out. Stroll on down to GNC to restock some Glutamine and this tree shadow appears. Guy standing next to me looking at shelf items (like they do something). Bout Laron Landrys size. No homo, using my peripheral to see the big ass traps and triceps I'll never earn. He says 'Whats up' in the cool ebonics tone. So I looked and said the only thing sensible ...man; fk you.

guys like that were just gifted with awesome genetics. one of my friends from college was georgia state HS wrestling champ, then he wrestled for westpoint before transferring. he was about 5'7" tall and about 5'5" wide at the shoulders. this guy was completely jacked. only one thing, HE NEVER WORKED OUT. EVER. he's been the same size the entire 9 years ive known him and he hasnt lifted a thing.

Years back at the gym a guy in his 40s who still competes in Masters division of the body builders wouldn't work his traps because they grew too fast. Double stacked shoulders that would make Goldberg jealous and he purposely avoided them. I'd take being dumber for being bigger.
The same ones who don't touch weights for 18 months and come back to bench 350 reps of 10.

Chest n tri today.
Bout to C4 down. Also picked up a new Glutamine mix. Its not straight powder, so it doesn't taste like asshole of a chalk stick. Same breakdown specifics and mix, except its flavored and for the same price as non flavored.

On that note, here's my supplement routine.
3 Tablespoons Twin Lab Amino Fuel - 30 min pre workout
1 Tablespoon Glutamine - 30 min pre and immediately after workout
1 Scoop Cellucor C4 - 15 min pre
1 Tablespoon Creatine Plus - immediately after
Stocked on Muscle Milk proteins. RTDs and powders. Got away from the cheap stuff.
3 Tablespoons Twin Lab Amino Fuel - 30 min pre workout
1 Tablespoon Glutamine - 30 min pre and immediately after workout
1 Scoop Cellucor C4 - 15 min pre
1 Tablespoon Creatine Plus - immediately after
Stocked on Muscle Milk proteins. RTDs and powders. Got away from the cheap stuff.

I hate my body.
I have pockets of fat in places like a bit on hips and a bit on bottom abs and on ass then skinny everywhere else.
Fked my thumb in rugby 2weeks ago, so today I couldn't bench properly or do anything with hands so workout was a bust, but felt ill as fk, hypoglycaemic.
So I've got fat to burn but my body chooses not to and make me feel super ill. Pisses me off

ive plateaued on my bench press it seems. then again, im running a calorie deficit and not building as much muscle as i would be if i was eating big. i cant wait till i reach my body fat goal, then i can cut the cardio down to 3 days a week instead of 5, and i can up the calories to 3000 instead of 1500.

its easy. all you need is a friend and a caliper. measure different spots around the body such as the back of the arms, the stomach, etc. then you do some math and bam, you got your bf%.
or you an be less accurate and use an electric body fat machine. it sends a small electric current through your body based on your height and weight, then the current returns to the machine and it determines your body fat. fat cells store more water than other cells, and thats why its not that accurate. its dependent on how hydrated you are.

Not if you eat at maintenance.
You don't have to workout like a footballer, but 15-20 minutes of decent cardio(swimming/jumprope/anything) coupled with a good diet = no gut.

I'm sorry corvade but I play sport every day bar Sunday and workout at least 3 times a week.
Diet could be better but I don't eat lots of shit food.
There's little more cardio my body could endure.
Only thing I could do would be super duper calorie counting/eating seperate meals from family. Not quite ready to take that step in the way of pure aesthetics.

im loving sl 5x5. finally got over the 90 lb military press.
Makin dem fast gains nomsayin.. jk
i rushed my last set, got only 4 reps. dropped it by 5lbs and did 2 quick reps to make up for it lol. hopefully, i wont suck with 95 lbs next workout
