Currently have to do - 19, 19, 22, 22, 18, 18, 22 and 45
Only managing 30ish on the last set. Its creeping up though. Shoulders are permanently sore

We have them Pull Up Bars that go over door frame at many stores, they range from $15 to $75. I don't see that bar holding more than a childs weight.

yeah, I tried one of the door frame models
didn't work out too well, I was too tall for it, and I felt like I was either going to break the door frame, or the bar itself

I bought one, have 4 inch door frames it was made for a 6 inch frame. Felt stupid trying to figure out how to get it to stay and watching it fall.

Fact.
Can deadlift large percentage more weight with shoes on than without. Left shoes on after cardio, did 5 extra reps. Going for 2 extra sets.
Bout to move to 3 plates. Currently on 2 plates, 10, 5. Never 1 rep max, its usually just max rep with that weight. Form over stats.

Used to take pre before running. Realized my heartrate was sky rocketed.
Legs today. Hamstrings were on fire last night from straight leg good mornings on back day. Put some mint muscle relaxing lotion on them and it somehow worked its way up my boxers and on the nuts, they tingled and felt like ice was on em for 20 minutes. May do again.
