Watching an old clip on Rampage trying to make weight for a fight. He dropped 21 lbs, took a plane ride and said he gained weight without eating or drinking a thing. Missed 205 by 6lbs and gave up 20% of earnings.

No finger tip anything lol. I like my nose unbloody. Can do them with feet on wall upside down, but that's nothing but a reverse shoulder press.
Added yesterday, extreme burn shock factor super set.
Anywhere in your chest routine throw in:
8-10 reps of cable rows (decline bench press on cables)
and immediate 10-failure dips
3 sets

Deadlift bumped to 2 plates and 25. Still got good form through all sets of 5. Been lifting too light.
