There are lines I rather not watch women cross lol. Like chewing tobacco and roofing house and dead lifting small cars. If she was sweeping the gym, would watch over n over.

Tapped a blue belt today during a live roll. Caught them in an arm triangle
They reset and destroyed me, but it was real and it was a victory

set a PR tonight.
standing military press 135x8
i wish my gym had a seated military press rack so i could see how much i could actually press without having to stabilize my entire body.

Puerto Ricans camp and hide like bitches in the gym
Use the squat rack for a spot and do some Push Jerks, should be able to toss up a good bit.

Had my work medical earlier. Turns out I have a high blood pressure... Apparently weightlifting can cause spikes in it. Had a pretty session yesterday, so hopefully that it. Got a docs appointment tomorrow just to double check

That could be hereditary. And there are levels of high, is it normal high for age/weight or did they say go to doctor and get this checked out?
Eat oatmeal and get some cardio in.

Its in the top end of high, verging on very high! As a kid my mum often nagged my dad about what he was eating, and watch his blood pressure. I thought she was just nagging, so maybe it is hereditary. Not going to mention to them, as my mum is natural worrier. Docs tomorrow to see what they say.
Weight was in the healthy BMI section, close to overweight but with 12% body fat. Which on her chart was the 'professional athlete' section

We did it outside for baseball strength training. Groups of 3 so 2 people could watch each side a bar. 1 person in back doesn't do much, you're still gonna drop it on your head then fall backwards on them.

you need to do some more cardio. whenever i do a lot of running, my resting blood pressure starts to lower.sharp wrote:Its in the top end of high, verging on very high! normal is 120/80 and athletes tend to have blood pressures around 110-114/70-80. any lower than that and you will feel light headed all the time.

i never understood taking pre workouts.
i used to take NOXplode like 8 years ago, it would make me feel like shit, and then i would have to take a shit. that was back with the original formula that would make you have to shit almost immediately after taking it. everyone called it AnalXplode. then i switched to superpump 250, which was soon coined "superdump 250".

I mostly take it for mental aspect. Don't always feel like hitting weights after 9 hours in weather. 1 scoop and mentally I'm ready to lift.
Vascularity during lifts, veins explode and the pump holds for 30 min after. That's all it really is, a boost to get your ass doing something. $30 for 60 servings. I'll take 0.50 cent motivation.

best i ever got was 3 miles in 24 minutes. i hate running.
interestingly enough, walking on a slight incline at 3mph for 1 hour burns the same amount of calories as running at 6mph for 20 minutes.

I try not to look at the counter for the elliptical. You never run out of breath before your quads are on fire. Have to crank up the resistance or its just like walking. Finish a 20 min trot... 70 calories. F that, can do more going check mail.
