day5: lower accessory
upper power: barbell bench, incline dumbbell bench, bent over rows, lat pull downs, overhead press, barbell curls, skullcrushers,
lower power: deadlifts, leg press, ham curls, calves
upper accessory: decline barbell bench, dumbbell flies, cable rows, lateral raises, dumbbell curls, tricep cable extensions
lower accessory: squats, leg extension, ham curls, calves
day1: upper power
day2: lower power
day3: off
day4: upper accessory
day5: lower accessory

if you end up starting in 3 years or so, youre gonna wish you had started today.
before 2012 i had been lifting on and off for 5 years. never sticking with it for more than 4 months or so. i wish i had stuck with it.

they're good for me because I have no room for a rack/bench setup, I can do a short routine and be destroyed in 20 minutes (while still allowing for 3-4x a week BJJ)

Did legs, abs and cardio for 3 months. Didnt lose much size or upper strength though. Weigh 184 atm, going for 196 by the end of march
