first day back in the gym since my injury. man it felt good. i also started my cut today. gonna try to cut 30 pounds or so. i went on the search for some protein powder today, since i have to increase my protein intake to prevent muscle loss. GNC had ON whey for $93 fuckin dollars. i went 3 blocks away and got it for 57 bucks at the nutrition depot.
so just a re-cap, in july of 2012 i was 200 pounds and a 36" waist. in december 2012 i was 168 pounds and a 32" waist. today i am 190 pounds and a 32" waist is kinda tight on me but i still wear em.

Keep the V shape, don't let the numbers in weight decide where you want to be. 185 can look bigger than 200 soft.
Did 42 push - ups before giving up. Might could have snaked 1-2 more but tris had enough.
Chart looks pretty good and it can be done in 10 minutes for 3 days.
Will put it in as a pre chest warm up - Sun
mix it in with legs - tues
usually do chest again on thurs.
towards the end, your 9th set of push-ups has to be greater than 50, the 55, then 60 lol. Sounds like 1000 at this point

#45686lol. I actually think doing push-ups until you fatigue as warm up before every workout would be a good addition. I think I might even do it.
I can't do any kind of training for at least 1 week. Because I fixing up my training room and it has all my tools everywhere. Making stuff so I can put my weights in neat areas.

Here is my chart based off 42 initial push-ups.
Note - its 6 weeks but starting with a number over average it skips to week 3.
The rest periods range from 45 second to 120 seconds but I'm gonna set timer for 60 on them all.
The last set of the day is to complete failure, the number stated is the goal minimum.
Edit* the 266 is a mistake lol, 26

Day 1 for the 1st set do 14. Rest 60 seconds and move to set 2.
Day 2 follow chart same way.
Day 3 same. Then rest until the next week.
Move down chart to next Day 1.
Day 2 follow chart same way.

Not during the day. That's a 15 minute chart. 15 minute before your workout and its done. Its not 4 times a day

SOB, even as a warm up those push ups burned and swole up. Tri and chest were heated and filled with blood. Day 1, reaching 20 on last set was a damn challenge. Fell flat at 25. Pumped like I did 45 min of bench.
Had to take 20 lbs of bench press just to do reps of 5.
Could be of a good start 4 week routine change. Gonna switch that with 50 pull ups next month, make a similar chart and go 3 days a week with pull ups.

Did my first set this morning. Kept with the 22 I achieved on Friday.
Did 12,17,13,13,20. Last set to failure was a tough one, got a pretty pump going on though.
Going to do these in the mornings on Mon, Wed and Fri. Keep my normal routine at the gym Tues, Thurs and Sat/Sun evenings.
Going to do the same I think Alpha. Do this for a month, then pull ups for a month, and switch. Thinking of doing something similar for situps too

Just take 5g a day, which is about 1 really fully tablespoon. I take mine in the middle of a workout. Usually between 1st-2nd set of something heavy. Catch a breather and load up on creatine.

If pre workout has it then you're already taking it. Its just a refuel supplement. Refuels ATP levels across body, energy for muscles.
Just drink your gallon a day of water, its tough on liver. And don't breastfeed until cycle off.
