#36619Alpha, I am ashamed at the C4. Just ashamed. I can't believe that the C4 has the little in the bottle. But it works though. And taste way better than the ones I tried before. And it's only 30 servings. :/

Careful with too many protein bars, they will clean you out. Stomach doesn't like alot of that fake chocolate.
C4 comes in 30 and 60 servings, it'll last 2 months.

True. But I have never tried them. Was gonna try maybe 1 between breakfast and lunch, Maybe 9am. Something.
C4 does. But I expected more for the size of the bottle. Opened it and it only had a quarter full for 30 servings. lol

The beta alanine will let you know when you took too much. Its pretty concentrated stuff.

Barbell squat...5x5
Pendlay rows...5x5
Dumbbell Walking lunges/jump squat super set......10 lunges, at end, immediately do 10 jump squats.....did this 5 times
Seated row 3x15
100 crunches
V leg lift, 5x 15 seconds holding
7x 1 minute sprints with 1 min slow recovery
Barbell squat...5x5
Pendlay rows...5x5

Fk that. Good on you. More effort than 90% make on leg day.
I just ate 6 boiled eggs, no yolk, and a can of tuna. Might wear a shirt tomorrow that just says 'sorry & excuse me'

I'm hurting for sure......ate a .75 lb ribeye when I got home, with half a bag of string beans.....an hour later, just made 4 eggs with cheese. Still hungry. Lol. Leg day

3:20 pm and ive only had 500 calories. STARVING....
