Shadow did the BCAAs, I never tried them.
Used Creatine, but never 2 scoops a day faithful like it says. Have heard both work the way they're supposed to but no huge gains noted.

Did a 6 week cycle of creatine, and it seemed ok.

I was eating so much red meat that taking another 5g scoop twice a day seemed overkill for my 165lb frame.
Sticking to a diet has always been tough so the supplement taking start to fade off too

update: just finished week 2 of PCT and i feel pretty good. ive lost a little bit of strength on my bench press, or it could have just been an off day. 4 sets of 8 with 225 was a little more difficult than last week. but my legs have been continuing to make strength gains. i usually do leg press with 4 plates on each side, 4 sets of 12, with my feet up high on the footplate to simulate a squat as much as possible. today i said what the hell and i threw 5 plates on each side. 4 sets of 12 easy.
i think next leg day im gonna try squats again and see if i can squat more than 225.

If you start pressing a goofy amount of weight, look into those knee straps. Looks funny putting them on but keeping your knees if worth it. Have to be inexpensive, its just a thick ace bandage

My bad sharp. All I have to reply is an iPad and they aren't really good with viewing sites. But yea.
If you do decide to do bcaa don't do the flavorless one, they are the worse.
Get one that would taste good. You can take it before, during, or after a workout. I usually did before and after. And you can mix flavorless creative with the before mix and get that in as well. Worked good. Because I didn't pack on fat or all the fluffiness. I'll give it a try.

Can't find the starting post, think its' under Goals thread.
Anyways was around 175-178ish starting, just got off scale at 184. 2 weeks complete on stack, today marks start of week 3.
Did 20mg a week, 30mg last week. Have never taken PH so I really wanted to let the body handle it before some crazy amount went in system. Will do another week of 30mg because my back pumps have started. It's tight ALL damn day, feels like I did heavy deadlifts constantly. Read up that Taurine will clear that up.
Not pushing more weight because the tender back had me on guard until I read its completely normal. BUT my workouts are intense as hell. My stamina and energy levels are through roof. 45 min routines are going harder and more push. then I'm having to kick box 3 rounds to wear body out. Even went back to track Friday night because I was too hyper to sit around, but it was an off day of lifting.

yeah the back pumps suck. i didnt get them all day long though. they just really hurt after doing deadlifts and rows and such. and if i did some light work around the house while bending over, the pumps would get a little bad.

Hey guys,
Went on a 3/4 month cycle of going 6 times a week almost solidly with like 2 rest weeks in there. Went to Thailand for a month, then on a family holiday and charity week for another 4 weeks, so was out of the gym for 2 months solid.
So I've just recently been getting back into it, and I've obviously lost quite a bit of strength.
So:
Question 1 - Have you guys got any tips for gaining strength back quickly?
Question 2 - I'm take a Whey/Creatine/Oats/Dextrose shake post workout in the morning, Whey & Oats in the Afternoon, and night-time whey in the evening along with 3 meals. Is there any supplement that won't mess around with blood pressure/hormones and significantly aid my progress?
Question 3 - I've packed on a little fat for the first time in a while, and I was wondering what you would suggest to try and trim that off in the next 3 weeks or so before I head off to Uni?

1) Muscle memory. It will come back faster this time that it did the last. It knows you can lift it, so you'll bounce back pretty quick if you keep pushing.
2) I'd think any of the Amino Acids would be a good building block and not crazy on your body changing test levels. More of fuel supplement than strength gaining one. Creatine is your best bet, and you're already on that.
3) Aren't you a fairly slim guy? Once you start lifting again, the extra calorie burning will attack the fat. Or you can do empty stomach cardio in the morning for way faster results lol

been looking for these damn shoes for a few days. they arent sold in any stores around here. they are only sold online and at dicks sporting goods, which the closest one is 130 miles away. i HATE buying clothes and shoes and shit online, because you dont get to try them on.
adidas adipower, they are specifically designed for weight lifting. there is zero heel compression and they have a completely flat and stiff sole. 3/4" heel rise to help with squats. they are also $200.

Update after 5 weeks. I stopped taking it. Was on the last week which would have been 50mgs a day and I felt like absolute crap the last 2 weeks. Not been able to workout hard because as soon as I get hot, would get nauseous and vision headaches. Those would last the rest of the night and randomly through the day you feel hungover. My back stayed tight the last month, the pumps didn't go away. Heart rate felt elevated when the head started getting light. And either the liver or kidney (lower back left side) was randomly reminding me it was there. Too many sides for this honky.
Noticed size difference, weight was still gaining at 185lbs. But I had enough. Now on to the PCT. Had the conversation last night with the woman, it's safer n more convenient to stick to pinning lol. She said hell no. I kept her in the loop of all effects incase some incident come up where someone needed to know what I was taking.
Edit: I haven't slept a full night in weeks. Probably get up twice to pee and 2-3 more times drenched in sweat. Just pop up wide awake.

I would bet money that it was a combination of things. C4 or any other pre workout, it is a container of hypocrisy and this is why: Arginine the ingredient that makes your veins pop out due to vaso dilation at 1000mg then adding caffeine a vaso constrictor. At best it confuses our system as what to do "turning the light off and on" for a simpler way of putting it and at worst you are adding a product that raises your heart rate and blood pressure to a product (pro hormone) that has already raised your blood pressure. I know their general thought might have been "the blood pressure lowering effects of arginine will cancel out any high blood pressure and heart rate increases caused by the caffeine" but it (the intricate actions that happen in your body when taking these substances and the substances themselves) does not work that way.
Steroids and pro hormones are safe if done correctly. Hell even Arginine by itself is helpful when taking pro hormones as it lowers blood pressure and helps with the kidneys waste removing functions. Which during any cycle no matter if you are taking an EPI or a Tren or a Deca hits your kidneys good and your liver hard. <--- Pretty much why you cannot take an anti-inflammatory medication (steroidal or NSAID) while on a cycle unless you take a liver support beyond what is provided in any good pro hormone (which only then gives the amount of support needed for their product).
You may already know this stuff but just thought I would mention it.

Wasn't taking anything else. every so often (maybe once a week) I'd take less than 1 scoop of C4 for fake motivation, so not even 3/4 of a serving. The last I took was a few days back when I had to go to bed early from head hurting.
Thinking it was just a direct reaction to the EPI. I stopped taking it yesterday and that weird behind the eye headache instantly lifted. Felt better by lunch than I have in at least 10 days.

So no caffeine?
Could be that you are just sensitive to the pro hormone or maybe not sensitive but you could be part of the community that those side effects do indeed affect. Otis would probably know more about that though as I would think that pro hormone use would be more widespread in the fire and police area than anywhere else due to the high demands on those individuals to be better than their best.
