All in perfected form. Did you see his quads? Dude could squat a house
1:05 is going to have serious issues past 45 yrs old with his knees. He is wobbly and all out of whack. Those knee compression wraps are saving him from crumbling.

I watched one of those dash cam videos out of Russia. Some dude gets out of his car to help someone who was stuck in the snow.
1 dude, just grabs the bumper of this mid sized sedan, nearly lifts it off the ground (while standing on ice and snow) and pushes it forward.
Once you have an idea of what something like 469 lbs feels like, you can really appreciate this kind of stuff.
As a long-time bartender in university, I was always impressed with this:

There are so many different types of strengths
Naturally strong who just lift heavy without ever touching weights, larger frame people
Gained strength who lift accordingly and will get stronger over time, but lose it if they stop
Cock strong mfers who move stuff at will with no effort, you watch them 1 hand grab a 80lb hay bale and shoulder lift it like it was a gallon of milk
and the ones you don't mess with
Old people strength, just years of use. Can crush your hand in a shake. A 60 yr old guy at work takes our electrician scissors and can cut a fn penny in half.

really impressive.
it's always eastern europeans who do well at this.. it's quite a big sport out there.. but they must be naturally good at it or something.
