All in all Who gives a fk what you prefer in your mouth?
You want to be accepted as equal by making a huge spectacle on how 'different' you are. Start your own gay league and watch how much a following it gets. Keep the homo crap out of public and no one is the wiser.
It doesn't need to be ok'd and invited into everyone's homes. Next will be Muslims walking in churches tell them they need to change their Bible scriptures because they're intolerant of other beliefs.

lol
it's better I don't know who thinks dick is delicious when we're working on high mount
then again, what do I care if a gay dude finds me attractive, it's a compliment....
straight or gay, I don't want to get any closer to their trouser snake
The egocentric nature of proclaiming anything about oneself, be it sexual orientation, nationality, or religion does get a bit much, especially when the media grabs on and amplifies.

lol alpha. i do agree with you mostly. i don't think it is important. i am sure we all knew someone homosexual growing up, or at least suspected. and did it bother us that we'd been sharing the changing rooms at school? probably not..
but i guess to some people it matters a lot. it shouldn't. but it does.

You're right. who cares? but, then again who cares that American sports person 'a' is banging a kardasian?
I don't want my son to be gay, but if he is then i'll get over it. I do know that him watching a game of football with a gay player playing isn't going to make him gay! I grew up watching black footballers... I'm still not black

Thanks for bringing up the Kardashians. Seeing them on tv makes me want to slam my face into a wall over and over and over.

If my son is gay, I won't allow any of his male friends over. Fair trade.

I will never understand why they are famous. They contribute nothing to society and I can't help but lose respect for anyone that looks to them as anything

You wait and see what's coming to you sharp... You wait and see.
Also, I would kill myself before letting religion into science classrooms.

Not sure why the outrage on the gay footballer? TV personalities, Actors, politicians, musicians, teachers etc are gay. As soon as its a sports personality its a problem? ****, my CEO at work is gay!
Times are changing. Martin Luther King is a hero in American eyes. I bet your grandparents dont think so

Its not that we're saying being gay is a problem, were trying to figure out why the media is portraying him as a hero for saying he likes throbbing cocks.sharp wrote:If they're 16, its not a trap. Its ok here! come to GB...

He's a "hero" in the sense that maybe this will help other professional athletes come out of the closet. I do agree that the coverage is a bit much. Hero might be the wrong word.

Homo. 2 letters off. He's a homo for coming out the closet. Nothing more.
You know what MLK is to my grandparents? Dead.

#41163LOL @ this country being founded on "One Nation Under God". We went for a while in this country without that being the "national motto" or printed on our money. As for Jason Collins coming out, it shouldn't be a big deal but the fact that it is, is what's wrong.
Homosexuals are unfairly judged and mistreated by the majority in this country, basically seen as second class citizens (alright, maybe not that far but you get my point). All this boils down to me believing someone is born gay or not, there is no choice and it's unfair and wrong to judge someone for what they're born with.

I could tie religion into this but I don't feel like it.

My argument in this debate is the attention he's getting. Not whether or not homosexuality is right or wrong.

another thing the bible says is that any woman who wants to get married but isn't a virgin should be executed.
lots of jokes could ensue from that.
but people have used religion as a way to control people and choose those things which suit them most.. convincing the masses it is right and conveniently changing certain things over time.
