The providers have long-stated data caps are a plan to make internet access fair for everyone, but the limits are in direct opposition to the interests of gamers.

i have unlimited too. and it's about 40 pound a month for medium internet (50/10) and basic tv and phone.
but i do notice if i have been using it a lot (downloading movies etc) it will go slower for a bit.

Same here. My download speed is 400 KBps. In 2013. Go figure.

Uverse says the limit you to 250gb but they don't. Their online traffic meter just says "the traffic meter is down. Don't worry about usage for billing purposes"
