#197086'2 220lbs. I'm big, but not huge. lol I lost weights, 20 lbs to be on point, and more shredding off fast too.
But the rate at which USA is going, man, every person will be a fat person. Thank goodness I had family to tell me that is not the way to go and you can die of heart problem.

Tits or GTFO
Shadow, that's why I wanted to lose weight. I didn't look fat even when I reached almost 270 lbs, but I knew all that extra weight could lead to cardiovascular problems in ten or twenty years, and I didn't want to fall over from a heart attack when I turned 45.

Yea Same here. See well I ain't fat. Well a little. I got love handles and a belly. About it, other than that my upper body is pretty good.
I still get tanked every now and then from too much stuff, but it's least often now than 3 years ago.

Know what I don't understand?
Why people STUFF themselves at every meal.
I know when I do that, or keep eating just to finish what's on my plate, I feel like sh*t after.
However, if I eat until I'm not hungry, I feel fine afterwards.
Pretend like you have to go for a jog after you eat. You don't want to be all slowed down and gross from food.

Satiation.
That's what your body wants and needs. Boredom eating, isn't satiating, it's crave-fixing.
We eat and eat, 1. because our Mom told us to "finish our plate". Classic conditioning
2. we have so many great tastes that we want to continue experiencing.
Eat past full?
Why?

Well, you can't really see my ribs and I do have a size 40 waist, but I guess you could say I'm on the skinny size. I certainly was underweight for the longest time. I was about your size when I was 14, then shot up to 6'8" by the time I was 17 or 18, but I still weighed only 170 lbs or so.

Obviously, some women don't want to blame their baby for their eating habits, or their weight, for the next 25 years.
She looks fantastic...and will likely have kids who look the same because she'll lead, and cook, and teach....purely by example.

true, she's a supermodel and probably has personal trainers/chefs to help her, but it's an example of what can be done with discipline and hard work

Discipline and hard work. That's the key to anything, including weight. Hell, I had 4 bowls of ice cream and an entire pizza last night. Why? Because **** you that's why. Lol, no. I do that every now and then for one meal, just to not drive myself insane from the same meal. But this morning, I got up and had my normal two pieces of toast, and what do you know, I'm right back to the same habits. It's not hard. You yourself make it hard. <----- not speaking to anyone in particular.

You don't have to eat right 100% of the time, if you're eating right 90% of the time and working your ass off otherwise, you can have a cheat meal and your metabolism will keep you covered. It definitely helps to stay sane.

Sht, eating right, and at the right hours of the day, can make it almost unnecessary for a lot of people to not even have to exercise.
Not advocating no exercise, but diet is so important that, IMO, it trumps exercise.
Exercise with no diet / no caloric edit function = failure
Clean diet / proper caloric intake with no exercise = weight loss

for some people though (including me), it's not just about weight loss, but knowing how to properly feed yourself in a way where you have the right amount of fuel for exercise
I'm at the point where I'm going out and getting a scale to weight my portions

Sounds douchy.
Must be a Georgia thing.
By 2024, it's going to be Bourbon and Butter by the sounds of it. Cept, hold the bourbon, double the butter.
