some of you pansies across the pond might not like a little heat in your food, but down hurr in Texas and Louisiana we like our food to hurt.
so post up your favorite hot sauce. my personal favorite is Sriracha (for seafood and asian dishes) and Franks red hot (for everything else).

Franks on pretty much anything. Just regular or Buffalo Wing.
Tabasco on chili. Not too much, or you'll end up eating a ton of cornbread to keep the heat down.

#14308sriracha is amazing on eggs, eggrolls, anything made by a chinese guy.
franks red hot is great too.. here's a little secret mix i make with that for chicken nuggets...
take some BUTTER -- Not margarine, but REAL ASS BUTTER, 2tbs or so in a small boiling pan. Melt the butter, Add as much franks as you can handle, stir together, and damn son.. epic dipping sauce. Try it once

All I eat is homemade salsa or the pepper itself. Chile del monte (Small round peppers), Tabasco, or Cerrano. All grown in my backyard.

Tobasco standard for eggs and pizza

Yea, I actually interchange the two depending on price, and normally Cholula wins. I think I prefer Tobasco Chipotle better than the Cholula version, but standard, you're definetly right.

The chile my favorite taqueria makes in-house. Its part of what makes this place my favorite. Always come home with an extra tub, to use on eggs and other stuff. Good heat, but with lots of flavor, too.
