Depends on the meat.
Steak, I love Montreal Steak Spice, or S&P.
Terriyaki is pretty damn good as well.
Chicken meat, I like lemon pepper, or some homemade concoction of different seasonings. Also depends on if it's BBQ'd, baked or pan fried.
Soy based sauces are a top one for chicken meat.
Pork, especially tenderloin, somethin a bit fruity....apple or prune/plum based, or soy based (soy-garlic or ginger-soy)
