C4 30 minutes before to get the fire started. Water or a G2 during the workout for hydration. Protein shake within 15 minutes of finishing.

Water during. Probably close to a gallon. Every racked set, go to fountain. Habit or dry throat, not sure but it means the next 2 hours will be 15 minutes til pee time.

I think I am drinking to much. But I sweat it out fast. And piss like a mother fucker.
Though I sincerely doubt that in 6 hours you take in over 3 gallons of water, that's more than you need, and more than your body can really do anything with.
You can actually over hydrate. It's rare, but water intoxication can happen....in fact, it's actually a form of torture. I forget the name though.
