I would definitely holiday there (seriously). Sounds like bargain prices too (are these just starting rates or what cause it seems like an unbelieveably good deal...)

Maui is notoriously expensive. Travel 1 mile south, condo rental costs more than double. And hotels start at $300/night. Unfortunately, that is what people think Maui costs.
Renting a condo is the way to go nowadays. I tell all my friends who do Mexico every year, that your first trip to Maui marks the last time you go to Mexico.
Prices are competitive with those looking to rent more than have a vacant unit. We self manage. Management companies charge, for the same unit, $185 in low season and $245 in high. They can't compete with those of us not looking to pay 30% commissions.

looks fantastic, I like the colors you chose for the kitchen (backsplash goes well with the cabinets), also, I'm looking into putting a shower like that in my master
good stuff bro
I think you can get away with charging more per night for that, probably $150 to $200
though, the wine glasses out on the patio table with no one sitting there, well, wine glasses in general

Yeah, they're all mine.
Have some professional pics coming so we'll see how mine measure up. No lighting, a lens not wide enough, and only about 7 minutes total to shoot the whole interior. He was there for the afternoon. lol
Might be the difference between Alpha and I playing COD. Might not.
