Topic substance , loaded potato
Need new ideas on triceps, can't even burn them out anymore. Can do endless reps of rope and bar push downs, straight-curled, inverted, resistance bands. Nothing feels like it's growing anymore.
Also do 5-7 sets of dips, including weighted. V pushups. Kick backs - with rope, with weights, on bench with cable, laying down over head (variation of skull crusher) . Seated push downs.

if your triceps aren't burning, just do more reps of everything...shoot for 100+ of each
dips
close grip bench press
floor press
extensions
my triceps are about done just from doing my compound lifts (bench/incline bench and OHP)
by the time I'm into my dips, my arms are on fire

Dang , must be developing backwards. Takes a wide open held butterfly movement to get any burn in chest anymore. Could do triceps 4 days a week and never get sore. Increase in weight, haven't did that extreme of reps yet but went from 15 to 30. They exhaust from reps but not fatigue. Will try higher.
