March 23rd, Bungie Update video for April

April Update info for this week.
-Light Level Cap upgraded to 335
-New strike, as well Winters run will be invaded by taken and have end game content. The Archon Priest will now be Taken, and the strike will be part of the Heroic playlist with unique rewards.
-New quest line which will revolve around returning to the reef, and variks will be your speaker for that quest line. New end boss seeking the throne of the taken called Mulock. Mulock looks like a Knight with a Metroid head covered in taken.
-Prison of Elders will be returning and upgraded to end game content!
LvL 41 Taken PoE will let you level up to light level 320. From 320 you take the next step to level 42 PoE. This LVL 42 PoE will be called Challenge of the Elders. There will be a scorecard associated with it you can purchase for 100 glimmer. When you reach these checkpoints on the score card Variks will reward you, similar to Trial of Osiris. Challenge of the Elders lets you earn equipment up to the max cap of 335. No longer leaving you to farm the RAID. There will be 16 variations to POE lasting a total of 4 months. (So, don't expect anything for 4 months when this launches.)
Keys have been removed! All chests are free to open upon completion. a new reward has been created upon PoE completion. The info for this reward will be shown next week.
It is said all gear and weapons are being looked at and upgraded to these changes. More detail on what will be upgraded and balanced will be revealed next week.

I'm so sick of fighting taken. Also not a huge fan of PoE.
it'd be nice if they brought all the year 1 strikes up to current levels for a little variety, but I guess that's too much to ask

I am actually glad they are raiding PoE to end game. Gives me a fighting chance to be able to get a group for Hard mode again.
