These are next to impossible. My balance is shocking and right leg significantly stronger than my left as well.

Use a TRX to strengthen your legs and use a wobble board to increase your balance abilities.

I'm a little sick and my strength is down..
Try front squatting a little lighter than you would back squats to mix up leg days.

Just started this today. Stallone Expendables Workout Obviously not the same weights however I did cut back on the rest times a bit for some things.
