Not being developed by Rocksteady which makes me slightly cautious. Still great trailer though.

Just watched it at E3. Pleasantly surprised how similar it is to previous 2 games even though its a different studio. Its a prequel with Batman in the early stages of his 'career' so will have first ever interactions with the villians which will be pretty cool. Map is also a much bigger Gotham City than Arkham City. Still hoping for some Batmobile gameplay
Cant wait for it now.

I think I'm going to pass on this one
with PS4 coming out and the 3 games I'll be getting for that, along with GTA V, I just don't have the time

This game is.............hmm i dunno but its just not the same as the previous two. I know its a new studio and theres a few cast changes but its just lacking for want of a better word.
The city is at least twice as big as in Arkham City but the number of buildings you can claw onto in this game seems severely less. The amount of times ive glided over the water and smashed R1 to grapple onto ANYTHING but it doesnt let me, then batman just sinks Also theres a number of flaws in the combat system. Press counter and nothing happens he just gets hit time after time. The first boss fight just beat me 4 times in a row which i wasted 30+ minutes on before just ejecting the disc.
I might trade it in, cut my losses and pick it up in 6 months. Sigh.

Just completed the game there. It's a solid campaign and holds up but it's lack of detail and some of the mechanics make it the weakest game in the series. Enjoyed it overall though.
