There was 4 of these in a row, the last one was the best being it had no skirting and up on another 5 ft of concrete blocks. But the people were outside looking at me while I was trying to take a picture lol.

Not really, houses down the road are on the ground. I would like to see how they got the trailers up the slope.
Picture detail lacks, but the dirt is washing away from the sides. Couple more years of rain, and one of those will top over and fall off.

it could be possible that those trailers are supported with a good foundation, for example, those hills are filled in with concrete, and they place the trailers on top once hardened. i doubt its just mounds of dirt, because that wouldn't last up there longer than a year with rains and flood.

My uncle converted his triple wide into a home and it actually looks ok, but a dude i went to school with lived in a makeshift triple wide that was hilarious, it was 3 single wides put together but all they did was cut a part of the wall out and create like a walkway connecting them, totally redneck ghetto LOL
