So I missed the entire thing. I read a couple articles, seen a few pics... and read through all of your posts in the other thread.
Id like to make this thread a thread for videos of what happened in the conference. No videos longer than 15 minutes allowed. Try to find highlights of your favorite things to post up. Will be easier for people like me to see without having to watch a 2hour block.
So yes, I am being lazy. But you guys already know what looked awesome and can find the smaller version clips quicker than I could. And its not only for me... but anyone who missed the conference.

This is spec sheet, if you want it in the other thread then fine, but it's pertinent.
The Dualshock 4 has a built in speaker and headphone jack. Every system will be bundled with a simple mono headset. Good for basic social functionality. Core gamers will of course stick to their stereo or surround headsets.
Here is the official statement: "In addition, DUALSHOCK®4 will come with a built-in speaker and stereo headset jack, enabling PS4 users to enjoy high-fidelity sound effects of games from both the TV and also from the controller. Combined with the Mono Headset that will be bundled with PS4, gamers will also be able to chat with friends playing online, while hearing sound effects from the controller in hand."
Specs: (stuff in parenthesis is my commentary)
Main Processor
Single-chip custom processor
CPU : x86-64 AMD “Jaguar”, 8 cores (will probably be clocked low to keep heat and power draw down. Goes right along with the transition to more threaded applications rather than raw clock rate. Gonna be a beast)
GPU : 1.84 TFLOPS, AMD next-generation Radeon™ based (Probably based on the HD7850)
graphics engine
Memory
GDDR5 8GB (Very fast, enough bandwidth to feed the beast, which is something that chocked the 360 and PS3)
Hard Disk Drive
Built-in
Optical Drive
(read only)
BD 6xCAV (BluRay confirmed and its faster than the slow 2x drive in the PS3! Look for Sony to really push digital releases though, and try to minimize physical media. Expect all games to be Day 1 Digital like on Vita)
DVD 8xCAV
I/O
Super-Speed USB (USB 3.0) 、AUX
Communication
Ethernet (10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, 1000BASE-T)
IEEE 802.11 b/g/n
Bluetooth® 2.1 (EDR)
AV output
HDMI
Analog-AV out
Digital Output (optical)
*Specifications are subject to change without notice.
Sony is being very open. It's nice.
