I have found that running relieves a TON of stress from me. And I used to despise it. DESPISE.

Only good thing about humidity is being able to break tackles in back yard football with no shirt on because it looks like someone smothered baby oil on you.

Our group meeting, we will play shirtless flag football. And pantless. And no drawers. Grab flag at own desire.

I haven't played backyard football in probably 8 years. When we were younger, we tried to kill each other.

I hate running, absolutely loathe it
I'll play basketball, where I'm distracted from the running by another objective, same with Jiu Jitsu (heavy cardio activity), but just running....nope, won't do it
sprints, on the other hand, I'll do, because it's over quickly

Why people run under 40 degrees?
Your face hurts, nose runs, throat has knives in it, lungs want to collapse, hands are numb.
Yall stupid.

35-50 degrees is the perfect running temperature for me
anything warmer, I look like I'm going to die
anything colder, and I look like I'm going to die

Perfect activity temperature is about 40 F for me. Upper end, 50. That is the ideal.
For snowboarding or winter activities, low 20-30 is perfect.
There isn't any temperature where running is acceptable.

when it's 35, I slap on some compression pants, shorts, and a long sleeve.....chilly at first, but after a bit you warm up nicely
there's not too much sweating, and you're not cold...it's almost nice, if it wasn't for the whole "running" thing

If I am to "get in shape", we're talking losing 6-8 lbs and then just using muscle memory to bring back the bulk. 3 months max, and back from 170 to the mid 190's.
Visually, l wouldn't even stand a chance against someone just losing 20 lbs and not lifting a single weight.
