theater mode is much advanced, can make a "highlight reel" from a single game with the touch of one button where it will automatically put together the good stuff you've done in that particular game
you can also take multiple clips you've saved and automatically combine them into one clip, to make room to save more stuff

Cheers for the link.
Looks like objective play is very well rewarded, strolled through his streaks with that flag return. I like the look of that a LOT =)

Spawns on it are still screwed. Agree with the colours and textures, is much more attractive than the Black Ops version.

Wait, I thought graphics departments only had gray, grayer, dark gray, darker gray, black and white on their color pallattes.

interesting that the skill matching system in the competitive game types looks at W/L ratio ONLY as a determining factor

Uh oh....so, in order to be considered competitive, you have to be able to win a game?
How fcked is that.
Here I thought the world spun on its axis because of KDR. lol

Maps seem more like Black Ops maps in design instead of MW3 style maps.
Certainly takes more bullets to kill than MW3, guns seem to be slow kill but low recoil.

Me too.
Slower kills = more skill based

there is an overwhelming amount of options when creating a class, it's going to take a LONG time to try everything out and seeing how the various items are used in certain situations

I've heard that there are up to 38,000 possible options.
Will certainly want 10 classes in this game, easy to tailor a class to a certain role.

I'm liking the graphics more than MW3
I'm accustomed to using Marksman for long range maps/ARs, because characters in MW3 blend in with the background making it impossible for me to pick them out quickly (yes, I'm old), but it seems like in this game (so far), players stick out from the background pretty well

You're not the only one, characters don't seem to pop out of the background in MW3. Treyarch use a different texture style for characters and the map, so that it's easier to pick up the players quickly.

Hardpoint looks incredibly fun, as does the map "express" (takes place in a train station)

I was away from my desk, missed that...I guess that's to prevent people from getting kill streaks they didn't earn (like getting dogs in a CP)
