He should have been DQ'd the 1st could have been a rage adrenaline accident. The 2nd was intentional and cheap.

I bet Dana told him to get in shape or get cut. He could make 205, no doubt.

Uriah Hall should have been cut already, no reason to give him another fight to stay in
guy is a head case

Dana is a troll lol. If he loses, he's gone. Give him Leban, the walking stone head who goes down as easy as a zombie on cocaine.
I forget Hall is that heavy, he looks 170. He looks like the trainer from Never Back Down. Good actor, always forget his name.

Bellator heavy weights tonight. Kongo making debut
The fight night with Shields vs Maia is wednesday night before TUF. haha, that's how much faith they have in this fight being exciting, they air it 5pm on a weeknight.
Mir vs Overreem set. This HAS to be a fight for your job battle. I see loser being jobless.

Just seen Bisping had to pull out his manchester fight vs mark munoz because of a re-detached retina. Did not realise his eye injury was so serious.
Machida has taken the fight and will drop down to middleweight now. Poor british fans.

Machida is names on many list.
Silva said he will quit if they match him with Machida. Vitor wants to fight him and is going up to 205, they're in same camp.
I don't see Silva getting pass Wideman for it ever to be an issue.

I'm inclined to FF right to main event and listen to commentary to see if Rogan yawns.

I hate Brazilian cards. Watching every fighter try to impose BJJ is SOO FKING BORING. Its not an offensive fighting style, its a defense move once you're on ground. You do not threaten someone by saying you're going to kick their ass by laying on the ground.
Holy shit, UFC needs to re evaluate their 200 man roster and fire everyone without a striking game.
The most exciting fight of the entire 4 hours was the one without 2 Brazilians, a Korean had to step up and land a brutal 1 shot KO. The crowd went silent (b/c it was there).
I watched the whole card in less than 30 minutes because it was fast forwarded until I saw both fighters standing. My DVR shut off on round 3 of Maia vs Shields. I didn't care who won but just read the recap. Shields won and the most exciting part of the post fight summary was they both fought for cage control or top position. ..... Fire them both.

I loathe a defensive BJJ style. There are ways to be constantly attacking, but it's underutilized in MMA.
Look at Carlos Condit, he can be on the ground, on his back, and still put a ton of hurt on someone.
Never stop attacking

Or improve stand up to where you don't always end up needing a ground game.
Lidell in his prime. Extremely proficient on ground, no one knew.

You have to be prepared to go to the ground, it's a great counter to a MT styled opponent, you just can't be some Pussy who is content to just conserve energy and try and win on points. (Maia)
If not in a BJJ exclusive competition, I see BJJ in MMA as a transitional element, and something you can use to finish if the opportunity is there, it's not what one should rely on to win as a strategy

Like Palharis, the tree stump dude.
He's built for KOing bulls with 1 hit and he falls to ground all the time. His fight ended in 30 seconds. He knows for his heel hooks and leg locks, so the guy he's fighting runs in and takes him down. Gets caught in leg lock. Dumbass.

Palharis cut from UFC. Dana just made statement.
2nd time he wouldn't let go of a lock once the guy tapped and the ref was calling it off. Never see him in the UFC again.
