I've port forwarded about 2-3 months ago. Recently, 2weeks?, ago, my ps3 started disconnecting me from games and and my ps3 would freeze, not let me join games and proceed to log me off. Never had this problem in MW2 before I port forwarded. So, help? Thanks.

Or..
Go back into your router settings and put zeros for every number. Including the address ports and the IP you were forwarding.

Nah that address should still be in your Routers IP Range.
Just wont have any ports forwarded to it.
And yes youll need to re-do the pass and such for your router (Security as well).

oddly enough, the reset button did nothing. I enabled UPnP, and pretty much reverted what ever I did before. I also deleted all my game data/dl'ed again. it works now. thanks

uPNP is not needed.
Reset your router - if its not wireless, this should be simple, your routers IP should stay 192.168.1.1 or whatever.
From there, this forum HAS A STICKY THREAD about how to Port-Forward your settings, making a static IP address and configuring everything else for the PS3.
Please, go read that thread, located here: https://rush.forumotion.com/t21-ps3-port-forwarding-tutorial
PS - if you have a cheap router, like, a Netgear router, then, you're fucked because they are shitty, and tend to disconnect your port-forwarding addresses from time to time. Get a LinkSys if you don't already have one.
