Pine trees, take em out. Good for nothing but falling on stuff and killing all the grass around the base

The 2 by my shed will be gone tomorrow! Those are the last pine trees I have left in my yard after a F3 tornado hit our house in 1983 and took out about 20 pine trees.

Veterinary stuff.
I also told them that I am firing them as clients and that after the surgery they needed to find a different hospital. They looked at me shocked, so I took it as needing an elaboration and said "I wish it could be different, but my staff will not be treated like that. I wish I could do more, like charge you 5 - 6 times more than I am charging you but that would not be right no matter how irresponsible you are or how horrible you are as owners".
I think I might have also mentioned that I hope their child is able to grow up safely and how horrible at parenting they probably are, something....something.. I wanted to punch them in the face with my car, the kid too... apple does not fall far and all that.
- Spoiler:
- Had a cat come in to the hospital yesterday. Was bitten by a rattlesnake, whole side of its head was swollen. Mouth all necrotic, color bad and kidneys failing no telling what else could be wrong. People waited 2 days to bring it in. Right before we euthanized her she gave up the ghost.
Another cat came in today. Had a huge hole in its chest on the front (sternum) I smelled it first and was like I know that smell all to well. Maggots, the smell of rotting flesh is not mistakable. Owners? Were super old and could not tell there was anything wrong... it would sleep with them. Thing is it takes about 18 hours for maggots to set in and be developed that means that this cat was sleeping with them last night with maggots in its chest probably squirming around on the bed.
Had a puppy that was newly neutered. It stopped eating and was lethargic after the neuter (six days ago). I always love the statement, "she/he is not pooping", then when they are asked if the animal is eating and they say no, I like to let it hang there for a bit to set in... most times I have to help them with it. Anyway they were all sue this, litigation that, "you are the worst doctors, I am never bringing any animal here again", "what kind of third world hospital is this"... Abdomen palpation and 1 rad. later... it had swallowed a child's little crazy bouncy ball after they took it home from its neuter surgery. This of course happened after their go home instructions were to let the animal rest and no rough housing, "But our son and the puppy were being good together, jumping off the bed".
I will post pictures and a video of this surgery when I get a chance.

My apologies. I face this stuff on an almost daily basis, I forget that some people are sensitive.

I worked as a lead counselor in a long term treatment program for sex offenders for approximately 6 years so trust me I'm far from sensitive. Would you enjoy hearing some of the stories from my job that I dealt with on a daily basis that never bothered me? You know... things like brutal rapes, physical abuse, emotional abuse, etc. Not sure why you felt the need to share the stories above and I have no idea why the hell you'd want to post videos/pics of animals suffering. Sorry for being "sensitive" about animals as you put it that's my one weakness though, but anyone who isn't bothered by your graphic stories is a sick f'ck. Make a deal with you, next time you share one of your war stories on here I'll share one of mine. OK? :)

no amount of money would ever put me back in a classroom. Give me the shovel all day over school.

1. I do get uncomfortable with seeing animals suffer, so thank you for adding the spoiler tags for the pics. Otherwise, I do find the stories quite interesting.
2. Hanson.....think of the construction as a temporary "paying your dues" type of thing. One day, you'll be sitting in a cubicle thinking about how you'd rather be outside building something, instead of watching your potential self destruct second by second. Enjoy your youth, enjoy the energy that allows you to do such work, and remember, it's helping you get jacked.
Also, women love a guy with rough hands and a "I'm sick of this bullshit" attitude. Laying pipe, son, you haven't even started.
3. Really happy to see the Bored Thread get some love

People who are used to the dark are sensitive to the light. Because they are not used to light they are sensitive to it.
People who live in arid climates are sensitive to the cold. Because they are not used to the cold they are sensitive to it.
But based on your paragraph I needn't bothered to explain that as you showed who and what you are.
Awww... what's the matter sweetie did I touch a nerve with my post LOL?

Eric Cantor's campaign spending in itemized form versus the man who defeated him's ENTIRE spending. Gee, it appears politicians have a serious spending problem. Whodathunk.
