So... after playing the very RAW version of this game with only a fraction of what it has to offer, what are your thoughts and opinions?
This is going to be a BIG video game season. With TF2, BF1, cod:IW, cod:MWR, and whatever else I seem to be forgetting. All these games come out a month or so apart. I found TF2 to be actually pretty good. I anticipated a good game, based on the first one. Without worrying about stats and winning or losing, I had fun with the game. Didnt feel to far advanced (ie: Advanced warfare). The wallrunning enhanced movement system felt good, not too much. I understand they are still making tweaks to the game, but it felt good. Controls were great.
I enjoyed it. Could see myself playing it in the future.

Didn't give it a fair shake, as iron banner was going on over in destinyland. Will put some time in this weekend, though.

It was fun, but not as fun as I thought it would be.
Especially with "amped" weapons, TTK is ridiculously low. 2 bullet kills make me lose my patience almost immediately. Felt like a grind to get titans, team mates ignored the objective, plenty of camping, grappling hook thing made the movement more awkward than smooth. The two maps, to me, were just 'meh'. Spawn system was a bit strange, and I'm all set with the wall hack sonar thing and cloak
I'm going to get more time in this weekend to see if they show us anything different.
As of right now, I'll probably still pick this up, but I seriously doubt it'll get much time with Destiny and Battlefield 1 on the horizon.

#70684I absolutely love it.
I love how Respawn innovates in the next generation of their games. I get my Titan relatively fast but this was a complain a lot of people were having it seems. People aren't used to actually having to work for their Titans because in the first game it was on a timer and by doing stuff you just decreased that time. Now (since they patched it) you get partial build every 5 seconds or something but before there was no way to passively get it.
Teammates are going to be terrible in any game... no matter how good the game is. Once you get the hang out of how to use the grappling hook, it seriously changes the way you can move around the map and take out Titans without a anti-Titan weapon.
Since you guys think I'm just completely bias, here are some of my cons..
- The mini-map cone instead of dots is lackluster, don't like it.
- The amped weapons are a bit overpowered.
- I don't mind the new Titan system but you shouldn't have to rodeo them 7 times to destroy them.
- Spawn system could definitely use a little work.
- I don't like how in Pilot Hunter they give a cone of where the enemy team is gonna be spawning.
- In Bounty Hunt there should only ever be one point to kill Grunts at and there should be one bank to cash in at.
Other than that I absolutely love the .0000001% we have in this game.
