It's more than protein. It's for our inner fatty.
Need some reviews. I know a bunch of the makers by name recognition but not keen on the gainer products. Way cheaper than protein.
ON Protein is $57 for 5lbs
The best selling ON gainer is $48 for 12 lbs
Of course the other standouts are the Monster line, BSN, Universal Nutrition, Muscle Tech, Muscle Pharm (the Arnold line), Dynmatize, GNCs Amp
Take some in depth reading to find the junk from the worth while.

That is because I like to hold onto my PM's and I think we only get 100 or so. When I get a chance I will make some room unless the Forum fairy grants more storage.

From what my friend told me Dennis said was that if you are a hard gainer or you are taking something like Tren or a stac of Tren and Deca then you should look at the larger gainers 1900 - 2500 calories if you are a moderate gainer than stick to the 500 - 800 range and an easy gainer can probably take the same or less. Comes down to how hard you are training, what your goals are and what you are taking if anything at all.
Will post pics this week. Gaspari and Dymatize are good ones, he sells a lot of the Dymatize for hard gainers and PH users, then he has his line which is more for the normal gainer. Most people want to have the large gainers as the amount of food they need to consume becomes somewhat burdensome. I know when I needed to gain weight all the food was making feel full all the time and a lot of times I even threw up so I switched to gainers and the dense calories in half the amounts was awesome. No sick feeling or full feelings at all.

Early 20s was extreme hard gainer, now in 30s ... that game has changed lol. Seem to be holding weight better but still have to maintain calorie intake or it will shed quick. And of course shedding by dropping food intake means shoulders and chest shrink while belly stays the same size.
Thinking just a basic 400-600 cal one to make between meals way more convenient. Supplement wise, not on anything, won't be on PH again. My back is still tight to the point I have to lay flat by 7pm to stretch it out or can't stand up straight, stopped taking them almost 2 weeks ago.
