Right now in the morning. Today looks like HIIT training early morning on an empty stomach. Then eat breakfast. Going to gym in a few minutes then after workout will have second meal. Will be going to the gym twice a day starting Saturday, then meal eating is going to get dicey.
If I do not do HIIT training in the AM then I go to the gym before breakfast. I wake up between 330 and at 400 so I have a lot of time then before first meal.

its way more complicated than that if you want to minimize fat gain while bulking and minimize muscle loss while cutting.
even your training has to change. good luck lifting really heavy on a cut. you can overtrain your muscles because you arent taking in enough calories to repair them before the next workout.
