Mark Sanchez has a better post season passer rating than all of them
LOL
Steve Young has a worse passer rating than Eli, Peyton, and Tom Brady, but I'd sure as shit choose him over any of those three.

Steve Young got lucky, he had Rice and a young and dominant Owens. Without those 2 he's just another qb with a law degree.

On Offense.
Brady has always had the better defense. How many times we can say it takes a team to win the superbowl? lol. Most ALWAYS that team has a good to dominant defense.
QB's dictate skill positions success for most cases. Peyton Manning elevated the skill level of almost all those playing with him. Same cannot be said of Brady, as stated by the picture you posted.

Peyton just has a habit of choking in the playoffs, despite having some truly great teams/coaching in Indy
He needs this to cast that off forever
Oh, and Tom Brady is overrated as f**k. Without Belichick, he's an average quarterback at best

Can I borrow your crystal ball? C'mon. You can't use counter-factuals.

I disagree with this and I think it's the other way around to be honest and I hate Tom Brady. To your point about Peyton... what GREAT team did he have in Indy? Do you know the defensive statistics they put up in '06? The year they actually won the Superbowl. The 2006 Colts run defense? Staggeringly bad – they gave up 173 yards per game on the ground and 5.3 yards per attempt. The only other team to give up more than 170 rushing yards per game since 2000 was the 2008 Detroit Lions (172 YPG) – who went 0-16.

Between 2007 and 2009, the Colts went 39-9, with the 2009 team going 14-2. I'd say that's a pretty damn good team over three seasons. Only one SB out of a team that was offensively stacked and given a "cerebral" superstar QB.
He's a choke artist. Watch him ruin my life and do it again this weekend.

What's that famous saying? Defense wins championships. Ben won a SB completing 9 passes... and 2 INTs.. those teams from 07-09.. what did the offense have to average points-wise to win those games?

that's the biggest nonsense sports cliche out there, besides thanking "god" when a team wins....the better offense will win the game, which means the offense that puts up the most points against even a "good" defense.
in reality, defense merely keeps you in the game, you only win by having your QB throw some touchdowns
the offense was good enough to trample most teams it went up against, no reason why they shouldn't be able to put up points when it counts, except when Captain Choke is at the helm.
don't get me wrong, I want him to win this weekend, especially against the Pats, but he's got a pretty large glaring omission from his resume and that's clutch wins in the playoffs

#56880Remember Ben won with a 9/21 with 0 tds and 2 ints. I'll take 34/49 (completion record btw) for 280 with 1 td and 2 int over that any day. Defense has to play too.. I know a lot of those stats came because he had to throw and he played terrible.. but it's funny that Peytons terrible is still setting records LOL
... and I REALLY hope you're joking with that Tebow thing.

His passes were inaccurate, weak, and poorly thrown. He under threw a LOT of time, and his spirals were awful looking, just like Tebow. He was not nearly himself last night. He's a HoF QB without a doubt, but last night was surprising

#2???? Seriously?!

#56914How so? I'm talking overall QB.. sure Brady has "gotten it done" more in the playoffs.. but he can't even see Peyton's regular season numbers. Sure Brady has had better success in the post-season.. but he's had better teams as well. Peyton may have had a better offense but his defenses have been nonexistent. Put all these numbers together and I have Peyton above Brady.
