Step 1: Order portable gym.
Step 2: Wait 10 days for delivery. Install windows. Insulate. Run electricity. Foam pad the floors. Move 3 bedrooms of weights and equipment outside for the 1st time in years. Stay outside in new addition for unreasonable hours tinkering and putting visual only hanging screws. Remove half the lofted roof because its a foot too low. Hang heavy bags and speed bag.
Step 3: ????
Step 4: loss of profits
Step 5: Remember I promised to buy Minecraft 2 months ago.

$2300 a month would get you a subd lot and 2,200 sq ft house. Then you'd have to ask permission for a shed in yard lol.
The guy was asking about drop off and if he had to cross someones yard and if there was overhead or if he could turn around or needed to back in. Said there's 2 acres of grass back there, he can go cut donuts if he wants.
Takes alot to excite me. Very mellow persona. Bout a solid 8.5 on the 10 scale to get this started.... or decently finished to get in there. Already know I'll be doing reps with extension cords and spot lights in 3 weeks.
Oh and yea Shades. I'll reroute my Zone 2 off the receiver from the bedroom to the building. So it will be linked off surround unit.

Look into a solar panel for lighting....I have seen some here for pretty reasonable prices. One time cost, lifetime energy savings. No cords to mow on a saturday afternoon. lmao

Premonition: about to sink truck in yard
Supposed to be delivered tomorrow morning. They asked if its too wet, I say it should be fine. They say if we get stuck, you pay for tow truck to pull us out. I say lemme go drive truck in yard and call you back.

well its 32 ft and he's bringing on a gooseneck roll off trailer, thought about runners but didn't want to plank half my yard.
Can't walk in yard without sinking for months, then when spring hits with the heat you could shit in yard and it would crumble that afternoon.

Told em to bring it, should be dry. He left truck on road and unloaded it with a mule. Was almost in place and he turned the big knobby wheels to align shed and the bitches sunk in place.

Got no time to wait on yard to dry so I poured cement in the holes. Gonna call em back next week to come move it. A 3rd trip is $200.

Diamond ring syndrome, it shrunk once I started floor planning and looking to see where to put stuff.

Couldn't load anything in it yet cause of the extra weight so I tore the loft out where I need 8 ft of clearance.

Cause my flood elevation is 36 inches and I don't have a desire to spend $15,000 in dirt and concrete and pulling permits to build in my own yard.

Looks like a good size structure, but lmao at the building sinking like that
Then again, I'm super jealous. I had to walk to my complexes pathetic gym just to jump rope.

Antsy like a kid pulling up at Disney. Can't just leave the thing alone in yard empty. Still can't get it moved. Hung both heavies and the speed bag. Gonna get a double end striking bag and set in middle with bungie cords on floor to top for rebound punching.
170lbs hanging and bouncing so I laid (2) 2x6 flat and nailed together for extra spring and less jarring on a stiff board.

very jelly. i would LOVE to have my own gym. i dont even need that much space, just room for a power rack, rack of dumbbells. and strong enough foundation to deadlift on.

Trying to figure the best way for the floor to handle deadlifts. Its a solid ass structure but sometimes I bounce the weight on later reps. Can be 250+ lbs hitting the floor. The puzzle mats should absorb enough. The plates won't be touching wood.
Oh its its very 5'8 friendly lol. Ain't be no 6ft people in here at comfort levels. They'll be on speed bag at eye level and punching down on bag. White for boxing, black is for kicks.
