Chisa, if you're picking this one up, I might hop on the BF train to check it out.
Not because of this video, necessarily, but, because COD has become laughable.
And pathetic.
And sorry.
And sad.
And juvenile.
And fckkin shitty.

Keep in mind BF4 has a learning curve. Not a lot if you plan to run and gun but more if you want to play with the big toys like helis and jets.
That suppressive fire bullshit is out of BF4 aside from the LMG/support class and they removed the blue tint filter. That alone will make me buy the game.
Just look how in depth and varied the launchers are! The launchers! The thing that always get fucked in most FPSs:

I've usually purchased COD in November, and had it either cut up and sht on, or collecting dust by January.
Since I'm without a console, I will likely be sticking with a PS3 version, and just on loaner status with K13's console.
A PS4 won't be in my cards. I've lost 99.8978756% of my desire to play video games, so, I won't be invesing any money in soemthing with such a small amount of interest.

If you like defiance, there's no reason you wouldn't enjoy BF

Try the beta next month. Maybe you will enjoy it with some friends? You already enjoy COD with your friends and that game is a crap on a stick nowadays. It can only improve if you look at it like thatSyndrome wrote:Im not interested in BF. Never was.

Ill try the beta... although BF3 beta was terrible lol (Im sure the actual game was better than it).
BF always came off as too realistic for me.

love the BF campaigns but never once played online. always wnated to though.. but always had the impression it was better to play in a group and never seemed to get to it.
i will be getting ghosts.. (for my sins:p). yes cod has gone downhill, yes i rarely play blops2 now but it's cod and i still enjoy getting on and playing.
might get both.. would love to try some bf multiplayer.

I think BF could be entertaining....but, only with a crew.
COD could, in the past, be played solo. The douchebaggery has made it unplayable in any organization-solo or with a group.
The only thing I might find problematic are the vehicles, the map sizes and all the sht I'll have to learn how to do. Even the HUD will be a huge change.

Never found interest in it because even the 'rush fast pace vids' people put up are slow, sluggish and boring to watch. And the fact that nothing makes since. They will kill a person that looks identical to a teammate then watch an orange name enemy run by because he was friendly.

The thing that will make this better, is that the fundamental problem with BF3 is fixed
Players per map
They will have TDM with no vehicles that will be incredibly fast paced with that many players

There's another map pack? Didn't 2 or 3 of them just release.
