Call of Duty's "Competitive Edge"

There's something that I've seen Call of Duty developers throw around every year of a new installment into their franchise. And that's the "gorgeous" 60 frames per second that they pride themselves of.

Fans always pick up on it and use it as their arguing point. Always exclaiming that the gameplay runs so smooth, that no other game could match it. That Battlefield 3 (on console) only runs on poor 30 fps.
Little do they know that running on 60 fps is like fueling your compact car with 91-Octane rating gas. Virtually nothing.
The human eye can only perceive as far as 25 frames per second, so the rest is buffer.
And even then, I find that Battlefield runs consistently smoother than Call of Duty.
I'm only posting this because I've been having sort of a streak of terribly slow, or jumpy lobbies tonight.
My shots won't register. The characters are skipping. And the delay between life or death is very obvious.
Plug in Battlefield 3 for a couple of matches. No problems. Not even in long distances. So the issue isn't MY connection.
60 Fps? I hope that stands for 60 Fucking PeniseS you are shoving up your ass.

You should see the framerate on PS3 with COD. No F'N way its 60fps. MAYBE singleplayer campaign as ive never played it. However, Multiplayer is FAR FAR below that.
Lucky to see it hit 15 FPS. Its so much lower.

Considering that Battlefield 3 is bigger in every way, Call of Duty developers just don't have any excuses for it after every game they release.
It's this what we are to expect from Black Ops II?
Can we really spend another year of not only the inevitable bullcrap of the community,
but also bullcrap directly from the developers themselves?

I like playing bf3, but cod has an undeniable smoothness to its movements that no other fps has at this point
