Alpha, those 20 lb kettle bells, two easy exercises are the basic kettle bell swing and clean and press.....look it up on you tube for proper form. Very important, when your form breaks down stop the set.

Been doing a shitton of kettlebell routines with just the 2. Hitting routines at different angles and alternating some lifts with higher reps on the bells.

so i left my protein shaker at work and its gone now, so i decided it was high time to buy another one. my old one was tall and thin and it was impossible to get my hand and sponge in it to wash it. i went to total nutrition looking for a cheapo one and they had the $7 generic ones with the mixer ball and i was looking at those and then i saw a shelf full of these space age looking ones and i asked the guy what was so special about those. he showed me that its got a screw off compartment on the bottom to store two scoops of protein powder so you can take it on the go. i said "well you just sold me on that" because i had just thought to myself the other day why no one has ever made a container specifically to take protein powder on the go.
this thing is awesome and totally worth $15.

I have found that no matter how much you wash the thing mixer cup or bottles always start to stink. I use powerade bottles (little 16 or 20 oz ones) and I carry my protein around in pill vials and just use a paper towel for a funnel if I forget mine. Powerade bottle can go about a week to ten days without cleaning, just a rinse after use, then throw it away.
But I am glad that you found something you like.
Oh yeah and I dump out the powerade.

i have thrown away probably 5 shakers in my life simply because of them acquiring "the stink". but that was when i would make the shake, go up stairs and drink it, and then take it downstairs an hour later and wash it. now i make the shake, drink it instantly, then rinse it out immediately and leave it upside down in my dish rack to drain the water. i would only wash it maybe once a month and it never got "the stink".

Ordered 5 Blender Bottles. I put the ball and 2 scoops in them and fill with water right when I use it. Then wash it as soon as I get home. Dishwasher them every 3 days, have been using same ones for months with no smell

Hey I am just a dirty girl then. It is a convenience thing for me. I like to mix it then throw it in the back of the Rover or my pack and then rinse it out. Sometimes I cannot rinse it out straight away so it will sit for a spell. Can though usually use the same one for about 10 days then just throw it out.
On a side note I start my LLLT (Low level laser therapy) on my back today. I keep throwing it out after the accident.
Had a totally crappy workout so here is a pic for you.
Disgruntled monster.

a call of duty shirt?
you've found the only thing you could wear that would turn me off
lol
I wash my shaker bottles after one use, I have three, always rinse them immediately, then go through the dishwasher before another use

ive incorporated straight bar barbell curls into my arm workout, been doing them for about 3 weeks and holy shit they make my forearms hurt. it feels like shin splints but in my forearms. the pain is minimal while doing the curls but when i put the bar down and let go of it, son of a bitch it hurts.
ive looked it up and no one seems to know what causes it. its pretty common in people who do barbell curls. ive read that its the angle of the hands when gripping the straight bar that causes the pain and ive read that its a tendon inside the arm that is inflamed. no one knows.

I keep my fingers out stretched, it hurts to close hands on straight bar curls. Have 2 different curl EZ bars and usually stick to dumbells or preachers
Reverse curls hurt the wrist on straight bar, They burn like hell in a good way but usually work around forearms at different angles

Try drag curls for awhile. It is easier on your tendons as you use an open hand grip.

Every person I've seen at school so far... "Oh my god man, you look great! You got huge!"
In the past couple days, I have:
Incline bench pressed 70 pound dumbbells
Squatted 255 for 3 sets of 5
Deadlifted 315x5
I'll post up my full numbers and everything when I get the chance. Epistane was ****ing awesome. Off to bed now folks
