Warning Turn Volume Down, never thought about radio blaring in background
Just about made a fail vid, rushed on the mount, dropped weight too fast and almost couldn't get up, the head shake was a mental conversation whether to rack and start over. Not very flattering but said fk it, upload and laugh

How is the leg press compared to squats for all around mass and leg gains, in your opinion?

You see that white crap on paw? He's in there with me because he ate another hole in the sheetrock. Was in kitchen just ripping wall paper off and then shoved nose in wall.

well i have really tight upper hamstrings and tight hips so squats are difficult for me to do. with leg press it allows me to still work my legs and focus on using my glutes and hips instead of having to worry about my form deteriorating because of my lack of flexibility. but there is a noticeable difference in the size of my legs. im having to get new pants for work because my legs just dont fit in them anymore. i figure that the core and hip work that i dont get from squats, i get from deadlifts and OHP.

For past 3 weeks my inner thighs have started rubbing together when walking. they must have grew just enough to be noticed in the way I walk. Have to wear compression boxers instead of loose ones because the skin rubbing gonna be a problem while sweating all day

There's a 2 pack of Russel Athletics at Wal-Mart, suckers are like $12 but they breathe much better than cotton and keep everything in place. Probably much better for when I'm on ladders and people are under looking up lol

Thanks brother. Small man syndrome, I feel just as small framed creeping over 180 as I did at 165 earlier in year. Never satisfied and just want the next 10 lbs all the time.
Normally 3 plates would just mean 315, but the cage bar is only 25lbs instead of 45 olympic, plus a cage squat is not as rough on back as a free standing. That's how I can do 100s of lbs more in the rack than a true squat. If I put 405 on my back and tried to go down with it, that's where I would end up... on the floor. In the cage, will be repping that in a month.

I've been wearing these for about two years now, will never go back to anything else
9" length, zero ride up.....they're even great for when I'm doing BJJ, because they help keep the balls contained (since I don't roll with a cup on)
they're super strong, and I've done enough to put them to the test
I don't know how you can walk around in the humidity down there with loose boxers

well, Summer is drawing to a close, and it's time for me to get back into the gym on a more consistent basis...since June, I've only been hitting it once a week at BJJ and one session of kettlebells at home. Haven't gained any weight, but haven't lost, and certainly haven't improved much of anything
Looking for Blue Belt by the end of March, very attainable.
Otherwise, looking to ease back into 5 training sessions a week

End of March! damn they stretch yall out. Seems like every 24 yr old who steps in the cage was awarded a black belt, then they get tapped by routine set up

they definitely make you work for each stripe and each belt change, blue belt test includes 30 minutes of sparring with one of the instructors, after being graded on 50 moves
when you get a new belt here, you definitely earned it

Remember the 100 pushup challenge we tried to do. Don't think we made 70.
It was a trade off, the higher amount of push ups the less weight you could bench
